Lifestyle:  I am in a gap year out of college.   Doing part-time work. I am organizing and improving my living space, room, and house. I invest time and energy into improving relationships with my parents and siblings. I lack direction and I don't know where should I invest my energy when it comes to hobbies, education, development of career or/and some kind of business.

Spiritual state: I have fewer thoughts and most of the time they are of highest quality. My sensory perception is improving. I feel deeper than before, phenomena that happen within my body. I feel more when it comes to pains, energetical obstructions, bodily tensions and at the same time, I feel more pleasant sensations and feelings that are sometimes slightly orgasmic in nature. I have less judgment and more understanding, compassion, peace towards self and others.
I feel that my imagination is sometimes inflated, which is unpractical.
My wishes are:

- To be blissful, equanimous, and free to do whatever I want.
- To realize my passions, talents and unique traits and center my life around developing them and sharing with others.

Health Issues I wish to resolve:
- Pain in ankles, knees, hips, wrists, heart area.
- Ringing in the ears.
- Improve my eyesight, so I don't need to wear eyeglasses.
- The tension in throat, neck, and shoulders.


Spiritual Practice: I surrender to spontaneous kriyas which appear in different forms throughout the day. I am trying to relax as much as I can, observe my thoughts and do some physical exercises to release tension. I observe bodily feelings, sensations, and reactions. I observe how my body reacts to different substances, music, sounds, environments, people or my own thoughts and emotions.
